Whilst we won't give away specific details, Assault replicates Special Forces selection courses and integrates personal development and growth work. It is a highly physically, mentally and emotionally demanding course that requires a high degree of commitment. On the other side, you will come away having shattered old beliefs, released yourself from trauma that had you feeling stuck, as well as immediately applicable skills in the areas of resilience, teamwork and leadership.
Depending on what's right for you, we have 2 offers. Our entry level package is three weeks of accountability coaching post the event, where participants will choose an area of their life that they feel really needs the most amount of attention.

What if I'm not very fit?
You don't need to be an athlete to complete the course. However, it is recommended you have a good base of cardiovascular fitness (running, hiking with gear), proficient in body weight exercises (push ups, sit ups, lunges, burpees), as well as the ability to carry things over distance.
During that call we'll assess your current results and identify where your gaps are.
