"I came in with a simplified idea of what I wanted and I've gotten so much more. I didn't trust my body and I wanted to change that. That's definitely shifted. I feel more confident and a lot closer to authenticity.

There's so many things I can apply from this. As the integration of this night kind of sinks into my system, and I replace old beliefs with new beliefs. So many other layers popped up that I know there will be many layers that I'll look through over the next week and months."
